The short version
Connect Predict helps B2B sales teams find out which phone numbers are likely to be answered. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email atif.noor@connectpredict.com.
What we collect
Contact lists you upload
Names, job titles, company names, phone numbers, email addresses and any other columns in the files you upload or ask us to source.
Scoring results
The Answer Probability we assign to each contact, what we found, and the date we checked, including carrier activity signals and the outcome of verification calls.
Pilot, demo and account details
Your work email, company, and anything else you give us when you request a pilot or demo, upload a list or contact us.
Outbound numbers
The outbound phone numbers you ask us to monitor for spam labels, and the results of those checks.
Website and usage data
Device, browser, IP address, pages viewed and similar technical data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use information
Providing the service
Scoring your contact lists, running carrier activity checks and verification calls, monitoring your outbound numbers, and returning your results.
Running the business
Responding to requests, sending service messages, billing, support, security, fraud prevention and improving the service.
Meeting legal obligations
Complying with applicable law, responding to lawful requests and enforcing our terms.
Verification calls
To check whether a number is answered by a real person, we place brief calls handled by a live person, during business hours, with a truthful caller ID. These are not sales calls. We never pitch and we never mention the customer who uploaded the number. If someone asks not to be contacted, we add their number to our suppression list and do not call it again.

What we never do
Sell your lists
We do not sell the contact lists you upload or the results we return to you.
Share your lists with other customers
Your files and results are used to serve you and are not shown to other customers.
Market to the people on your list
We use the contact details in your files to provide the service to you, not to advertise to those people.
Who we share information with
We share information with service providers that help us run Connect Predict, such as hosting, telephony and carrier data, analytics, email and payment providers. They may only use the information to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety and security of our customers, the public or ourselves, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your uploaded files and results at any time by emailing atif.noor@connectpredict.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, such as California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. If your phone number appears on a customer’s list and you would like it added to our suppression list or removed, email us. We will respond within the time required by law.
Where we operate
Connect Predict is operated from the United States and currently supports US phone numbers only. Information is processed in the United States.
Children
Our website and service are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
